It is June already & it is incredibly hot in Chandigarh. And while we patiently wait for the soaring temperature to come down a bit, for the past few months we had been busy creating another successful brand Gillco Park Hills.
About Gillco Park Hills
Gillco Park Hills, a project by the well established Gillco Group is an upcoming residential project on Airport Road in Sector 126 Mohali, consisting of 2/3/4 BHK luxury AC homes in Mohali.
The team at Gillco approached us to create a unique brand for their upcoming residential project at Mohali. Once we had understood the specs of the project, we immediately set out to come up with a suitable name, a logo, a possible tag line and a brand story for the proposed brand. After a few coffee and brainstorming sessions, the brand Gillco Park Hills was created.
The Name & The Logo
The name & the logo is symbolic of the green landscape surrounding the project and ‘Hills’ is in reference to the project being a high-rise luxury apartment building offering an incredible view of the gorgeous Shivalik Hills. The color was kept a shade of green with shades of yellow and orange and the typeface of the font was kept simple, yet captivating.
The Brand Story
Creating Something Special
Anything ‘Special’ is born out of being better, greater, or otherwise different from what is usual. While the usual takes a backseat, Gillco Park Hills rises high into the skies of Mohali,a city increasingly becoming the focus of industrial, education, healthcare and real estate projects. It is no longer a sidekick to Chandigarh and in fact has transitioned from a slow paced town to an ultra uber city. We, at Gillco Park Hills, are excited to be amid the excitement and noteworthy progress of Mohali. Our high-rise apartments are located close to the new Airport road and the new International airport at Mohali is minutes away. Being conveniently connected not just to the New airport but also to the city’s major hospitals, colleges and North Country Mall, a premier shopping & entertainment destination, makes Gillco Park Hills indeed something special.
We also designed envelopes (Big & Small) , visiting cards, letter heads and brochures.
Print Ad & Marketing Collateral
With everything else is place, Gillco Group formally launched Gillco Park Hills with a full-page Print Ad on June 7, 2015 announcing the arrival of ” The Next Big Thing on the 200 Ft. Airport Road” which is a key feature and USP of Gillco Park Hills and gives it a unique location advantage. The entire communication plan, media release and out of home advertising was undertaken by the team at Mindspan.
The management at Gillco Park Hills received astounding 426 inquiries on June 7th itself, the day the Newspaper carried the Print Ad which was an incredible feat. There were 87 Walk-Ins and 22 qualified prospects, which by all standards were great numbers and were a true reflection of the meticulous and detailed marketing strategy undertaken by our team.
This finally led us all to exclaim, “Who Says Real Estate is in Recession?”
